One of the last empty lots with water access to Lake Austin at the time. Started as a spec home, then we adapted once a buyer came in and we made it their own.
The goal stayed practical: take in as much of the iconic views as possible while blending into tough terrain. Curves soften the house's scale as it weaves through existing oak trees—especially felt on approach. First floor flows from indoor to outdoor kitchen and pool. Upstairs turns inward: personal spaces framed by river and trees.
